The shop-floor data capture system (SFDC) allows personnel to receive route cards, log time to jobs and withdraw from inventory.
The intelligent system gives the operator a simple list of navigational choices through drop-down lists. The real-time system allows Statii users to see from their terminal up to the minute the status of any operation within their outstanding jobs and the current activity of all employees either based on or off-site.This method of data collection can also be used to create time & attendance reports.The SFDC terminal allows production personnel to generate ‘Work To’ lists, which can be helpful for communicating to a remote factory or a night shift operation.
