Dashboard

Step 1: Log in to Statii and Access the Dashboard

  • Upon logging into Statii MRP, the Dashboard is the first screen you will see.
  • The Dashboard provides an overview of all key business activities with real-time insights.

Step 2: Understanding the Dashboard Indicators

The Dashboard uses two key indicators:

  • Black Indicator: Shows the quantity of active (live) documents or tasks within each module.
  • Red Indicator: Displays the quantity of overdue documents or tasks that require immediate action.

Step 3: Accessing Modules from the Dashboard

  1. Click on a module link: Each module on the Dashboard (e.g., Sales Orders, Jobs, Inventory) is clickable.

    • When clicked, you will be directed to the module’s homepage.
    •
    • The homepage displays all the documents related to that module (past, present, and future).

Step 4: Filtering Live and Overdue Records

  1. Black Indicator (Live Records):

    • Click on the black indicator number to filter and display only the live records (e.g., live sales orders).
    •
    • The system will pre-filter all old or future documents, showing only current, active records in progress.
    •
    • Example: If there are 8 active sales orders, clicking the black indicator will show all 8 live orders.
  1. Red Indicator (Overdue Records):

    • Click on the red indicator number to view only overdue records (e.g., overdue sales orders or tasks past their due date).
    •
    • The system will filter the documents to show only those that require immediate attention.
    •
    • Example: If there are 4 overdue sales orders, clicking the red indicator will display them for quick review.

Step 5: Viewing and Opening Records

  1. After clicking on either the black or red indicators, you’ll see a list of filtered records.

    • You can click on individual records (e.g., a specific sales order) to open it and view the document in detail.
    •
    • From there, you can take the necessary action, such as updating the sales order or marking a job as complete.
