- From the Customer Profiles screen, select the customer whose credit limit you want to manage.
Step 2: Set the Credit Limit
- In the customer details section, find the Credit Limit field.
- Enter the desired credit limit for the customer. This will prevent any new transactions that exceed this limit.

- To update the credit limit, simply return to the customer profile, adjust the credit limit, and save the changes.
Step 4: Monitor Customer Transactions Against Credit Limit
- The system will alert users if any sales orders exceed the set credit limit, helping you manage financial risk.
