Step 1: Log in to Statii and Access Customer Profiles
- Navigate to the Customer Profiles section from the main Dashboard.
Step 2: Create a New Customer Profile
- Click the 'NEW CUSTOMER' button in the top left-hand corner of the Customer Profiles screen.
- Fill in the required fields, including customer name, account number, sector, and location information.
Step 3: Add Additional Details
- Input key data fields such as marketing source, contact details, VAT numbers, and registration numbers.
- Set the customer’s credit limit if required.
Step 4: Save the Customer Profile
- Once all the relevant details are added, click 'SAVE' to create the customer profile.
