Step 1: Attach Files to a Customer Profile

  • Within the customer profile screen, find the 'ATTACH FILE' button.

  • Click it and upload any relevant documents, such as contracts, agreements, or supporting materials.

Step 2: Add Notes to a Customer Profile

  • To add a note, click the 'ADD NOTE' button, enter the required information, and click 'SAVE'.

  • Notes can be used to log interactions with customers or keep track of important details.

Step 3: Manage Attachments and Notes

  • You can review and edit attached files or notes at any time within the customer profile.
